I love this dish, it makes a beautiful presentation, requires time to build and then serve with care but it's worth it! You can create a "mis en place" of every ingredient ready to build, turn on your favorite music and ~go for it! Choose a base of rice or quinoa, buckwheat sprouts, etc, then layer with fresh cut veggies, roll tightly and store. Create a dressing and serve artfully with a salad.
