Sorbet - Ginger Green Tea Almond Bliss

Whoops wrong blog!

I found Miss Linda's ice cream machine in the garage and I brought it up to create some creative flavor blends for this Summer's menu. Here's a fresh and snappy blend that will ice in a few hours and taste great with any menu.

Ginger, Green Tea, Almond Bliss, Sorbet

2 med - lrg Squeezed Oranges - Juice and Zest
1 med Squeezed Lime - Juice and Zest
4 - 5 Tblsp. candied ginger - softened and minced
2 cups of your favorite tea - steeped then chilled
1 cup Almond milk - Vanilla
Sweeten with Agave
5 Mint Leaves - minced

Keep adding ingredients to taste, it's sorbet not science!

Blend all of the ingredients in a blender or Cuisinart and freeze it in a baking dish or ice cream maker. Serve with a mint sprig and perhaps a display of oranges dipped in dark chocolate. Whoops, wrong blog.
