Vegan Mushrooms ~ Raw or Cooked
These are medium Crimini Mushrooms - Italian browns, rubbed with a teaspoon of fig jam and filled with a blend of raw cauliflower "rice", Quinoa, almond dust, parsley, herbs, spices and chopped heirloom tomatoes. You can either make the raw version in the dehydrator for 2 to 4 hours at 104 or you can bake them at 375 for 12 to 14 minutes. They are vegan stuffed mushrooms, savory, healthy and easy to make. Fill them with any combination of seasonal flavors.
