pH Balance Salad - Raw and Balanced

This Salad Duet was inspired by the fresh organic produce from my last Trader Joe's visit, fresh herbs from my garden (sage, parsley, thyme and chives) and a lemon from Nina's garden.

Create simple raw salad combinations (2 days worth) in separate glass containers and store in the fridge. Serve small portions of salad combinations, add dressings, nuts, seeds and sprouts for the perfect raw meals around the house or packed to-go. I take my fresh juices in a thermos.
My favorite salad pairs well with any other. Organic carrots and beets shredded in the Cuisinart, add chopped flat leaf parsley, the zest and juice of one lemon and a dressing of apple cider vinegar, flax oil, and a few tart cherries.

The color was magical, a vibration in the sunlight

The inspiration for today's salad duet started with this beautiful combination:
minced cauliflower, chive, chive flowers, sage, thyme, chopped zucchini and celery...finished with champagne grapes and a lemon - olive oil chiffon dressing
