Lunch is Served

I made Vegetarian patties, serving them warm on a bed of Romain crowned with a mixed garden salad, sliced tomatoes and lentil sprouts. What a simple way to put a twist on the traditional burger idea.

Spinach Salad with Thai basil, tomatoes, radish and carrots

Another presentation of the veggie patty over a carrot, beet and fresh herb salad with sliced tomatoes and cucumbers. The trick here is the dollop of Nayonaise "tartar sauce" made with chopped raw cucumber "pickles", minced onion and garlic
