Apple Slices filled with Apple "Cream Pie" and finished with coconut milk glaze & date puree

Apple Slices filled with Apple Cream Pie finished with 2 sauces - coconut milk glaze & date puree
Kiwi squares crowned with organic sweet raspberries and a confetti of candied nut crumble & mustard flower petals.

I am eating this now and it is... "love on a plate"!

What a beautiful dessert and so delectable, creamy and naturally sweetened with the apple and those dates! Yikes! Beautiful and can be portioned as an appetizer or on a dessert course plate, you could even stack these higher with another apple slice and another spoonful of Apple Cream Pie.

This is an easy dish and can have zillions of variations so be creative with fruits and creams, purees, and nut flavors/crunch options. You can go savory and create appetizers and entrees for any meal. Have fun running through the garden and decorating your next meal.
Apple slices in a bath of lemon water
Kiwi cubed & slices, raspberries
Filling ~
1 Medium Gala apple - chopped, then in the food processor.
1 cup raw cashew pieces soaked in water for 2 hours
3/4 cup finely ground flax seed
3 Tbsp. Agave
cinnamon
pinch of sea salt
Blend smooth to the consistency of a custard. You can add grated ginger to this recipe.
2 Sauces
~ Coconut Milk
~Date Puree - 5 Medjool Dates and 3/4 cup of coconut milk in the magic bullet or blender and
blend till pureed smooth and "airy".
Top with candied nuts and edible flowers! Pow, what a beautiful dessert that I threw together in 5 minutes. You could have a list of fillings and options for puree and cream flavors, then it's just a choice of fresh fruit and nuts to finish the dish.
Infinite Possibilities!
