Breath


Breath, deep like a water wheel...in through the belly, deep and up, out and back in through the belly...like a water wheel. Be comfortable, feel the ground and breath with voice or movement. In through the nose out through the mouth, and feel it, focus on it, and be in the moment. Just breath....

Take some time in the morning to be still between standing and the list of priorities you wrote in your head in the dark last night. Feel the beginning of new promise, hope, love and movement... music helps and tea creates a comfort in any climate. Be grateful and faithful and have a love fest with your pets as a ritual every morning. Breath deep before talking takes over. "Like a water wheel" cleansing circulating breaths. Your beautiful life is right now!
